Crypto invoicing shouldn’t come
with a learning curve.
What does PerpInvoice actually protect?
For a crypto-fixed invoice, the client owes a set amount of crypto. An optional short position can offset some price declines while you wait. It also offsets some gains if prices rise. Funding, fees, execution and venue risks mean the invoice value is not guaranteed.
What’s the difference between fiat-fixed and crypto-fixed?
A fiat-fixed invoice keeps the amount owed in USD, EUR or GBP and recalculates the crypto quantity at payment time. A crypto-fixed invoice keeps the crypto quantity unchanged, so its fiat value can move. Protection is designed for crypto-fixed receivables.
Does my client need to understand perpetual futures?
No. Your client sees a clear invoice, the amount due, the supported payment asset and a payment address. Protection belongs to your business and is kept off the client’s payment page and invoice PDF.
Do I need to connect a wallet to try it?
No wallet is needed for the interactive calculator or the demo workspace. You can create invoices, explore price scenarios and walk through a simulated settlement before configuring any live integrations.
Who holds the payment?
Your client pays your configured receiving wallet directly. PerpInvoice does not hold payment keys. Any protection position sits separately in your explicitly authorized venue account.
What does protection cost?
Actual costs depend on trading fees, funding, the venue and how long the position stays open. Funding may be a cost or a credit. The simulator lets you include labeled example assumptions; live quotes use actual venue inputs.
Is live payment and protection available?
The app enables live capabilities only when the required authentication, receiving wallets, price and chain services, and venue authorization are configured. Simulation is always labeled, and never sends funds or opens real positions.
